In the first incident, I purchase a new home and for months I did not have any coverage on my home. Dayna Smith told me that her employee forgot to hit the submit button. After this I accepted her apology and kept my coverage with them. The second incident, I asked to her to update my coverage and did not realize until 5 months later that the request was never processed. Please save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere."
